“We don't make clothes. We resurrect materials that were never meant to be forgotten — and give them to people who were never meant to blend in.”
Per piece, compared to producing new leather. No extraction. No tanning. No new hides.
Per piece. Leather production is one of the most water-intensive processes in fashion. We skip it entirely.
Every hide, every thread. Sourced exclusively from surplus stock of Europe’s luxury houses. Nothing new is extracted.
Made on demand. When a drop closes, production stops. No unsold stock. No end-of-season waste. Ever.
The Material Has a History
We source exclusively through Nona Source — LVMH’s deadstock platform — giving a second life to premium hides and fabrics that would otherwise go to waste from Europe’s great fashion houses.
UN SDG 12 — Responsible Production & Consumption
Handmade. Local. Intentional.
Every piece is cut and assembled by hand in Catalonia. Local production eliminates long-haul logistics emissions at source. No factories, no production lines — a single artisan, a single garment.
UN SDG 8 — Decent Work & Economic Growth
Last Mile. Zero Excuses.
Domestic shipments via Koiki — on foot, by bike, or electric fleet. International via Seur, committed to net zero by 2040.
UN SDG 13 — Climate Action
Deadstock Origin
Every hide, every thread sourced exclusively from the surplus of Europe's luxury houses. Material with provenance — leather that carries a story before it ever becomes yours.
Artisanal Construction
Each piece is cut and assembled by hand in Catalonia. No production line. No compromise. Every stitch is a deliberate decision made by a single pair of hands.
Numbered. Forever.
Your piece carries a serial number embroidered into the garment — with a certificate of authenticity and NFC verification. Ownership you can prove. Provenance you can trace.
Every purchase comes with a full impact report.
When your piece ships, you receive a personalised document detailing the exact environmental savings your purchase generated — CO₂ avoided, water conserved, and waste diverted — calculated against the production of an equivalent new garment.
Not manufactured.
Crafted.
By hand. In Catalonia.
There is no production line at SAGRA. There is a pattern. A hide. A set of hands. And a decision made deliberately at every stage — from the first cut to the final numbered tag.
Our workshops in Catalonia work with the same rigour as the houses that produced the materials we inherit. That is not a coincidence.
Creative Direction
Each collection begins with a concept — sketches, references, material moods. The silhouette and construction logic are defined before a single hide is sourced. Design leads. Everything else follows.
Material Selection
Each hide is individually selected from deadstock archives. No two are identical. The available material informs the final piece — quantity, colour, texture. The design adapts. Nothing is forced.
Pattern & Preparation
Patterns are drafted to honour every centimetre of the available hide. Each panel is mapped and cut by hand — a process that demands both precision and restraint. Waste is not an option.
Hand Assembly
Assembled by hand at our Catalan workshop — each stitch placed with intention. No production line. A single artisan takes a piece from panel to finished garment, beginning to end.
Quality Control
Every seam, every edge finish, every detail is inspected by hand before the piece is signed off. If it does not meet standard, it does not leave the workshop. There is no second tier.
Anakon
A certified artisanal workshop built around sustainable fashion production. Transparent in its process, deliberate in its pace. Every piece that passes through Anakon is treated as if it is the only one — because it nearly always is.

One artisan. One piece.
A single pair of hands takes each garment from cut panel to finished piece. No handoffs. No line work.
No minimum orders.
We produce only what has been purchased. If a drop sells 4 units, 4 pieces are made. Not 5. Not 40.
If it leaves, it is finished.
A piece does not leave the workshop until every detail meets standard. There is no second tier of acceptable at SAGRA.
Every piece carries
a serial number.
It is not a label.
It is a record.
Hand-embroidered directly into the garment, the serial number is permanent and inseparable from the piece. Paired with an NFC chip linked to a blockchain record, it logs the material origin, production date, artisan workshop, and owner — creating an unforgeable provenance document that travels with the garment forever.
